A typical home inspection takes 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. We never rush — thoroughness is our standard.
We inspect the foundation, roof, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, and all visible structural components. You’ll receive a comprehensive report covering every area.
While not required, we encourage you to attend. It’s a great opportunity to see the property’s condition firsthand and ask questions in real-time.
VA inspections must meet specific requirements set by the Department of Veterans Affairs, including minimum property requirements (MPRs). As a Navy veteran, we’re intimately familiar with these standards.
We deliver detailed inspection reports with photos the same day — typically within a few hours of completing the inspection.
